Biography

Ginger Jones is a Senior Business Development Executive within PCI Pharma Services’ Clinical Services division, supporting growth across the Southwest for PCI’s clinical packaging portfolio. She focuses on Phase I–III clinical trials, GMP storage strategies, and global distribution models that enable the reliable execution of complex clinical studies.

Ginger holds a B.S. in Biology from Trine University. With more than 20 years of experience in clinical development, Ginger has held a range of business development roles spanning manufacturing, cell therapy, clinical trial supply, and partnering and licensing. Her career is defined by strategic growth leadership, strong client engagement, and a commitment to advancing practical, innovative solutions across the life sciences sector.
